SteamSat products using X antenna are the solution to portable, cost effective, high availability satellite communication.  StreamSat - Broadband provides for symmetric and asymmetric IP data services at data rates exceeding 64 kbps. StreamSat - Prodata customise to provide lower data rates for telemetry and SCADA networks up to 64 kbps.

Broadband

The X antenna series supports a range of data rates under the footprint of Global C band satellites. It has selectable transmission rates from 128 kbps to 512  kbps. With its inbuilt IP router, StreamSAT – Broadband helps organizations connect to any computer and telephone network.

• 20 - 28 dBi antenna gain
• Antenna diameter 0.4 to 0.7 m

Prodata

The StreamSAT – ProData service is used  in conjunction with the THISS satellite  communications network which offers  unprecedented value for money with  following key service features low latency and full duplex satellite links as well as dedicated modes as follows;

• Pre-scheduled data reporting (fixed defined reports routine data);
• Event/Alarm data reporting (identified alarms in terms of critical events);
• Polled data reporting – with round trip response times less than 10 seconds

Within integrated, affordable satellite terminal StreamSAT – ProData offers:
• Integrated and robust electronics – easy to install;
• Flexible external data interfaces based on IP;
• Range of data rates of 2.4 kbps up to 64 kbps;
• Can be remotely configured over satellite link;
• Time shared CDMA inbound channel pre-scheduled and ALOHA modes of operations;
